I’m a Toronto-based interdisciplinary learning designer and project manager with 9 years of experience developing innovative, inclusive, and impactful teaching and learning solutions.


As an learning design practitioner, I am committed to developing learner-centric experiences that draw upon evidence-based methodologies related to critical pedagogy and andragogy. My values of integrity, social justice, digital ethics, and compassion are all cornerstones of my work.

Objectives

Apply an iterative instructional design approach rooted in ADDIE and SAM to identify and address learning and performance gaps and devise learning solutions within planned timelines across multiple project cycles.

Mobilize educational technologies to develop and implement course and instructional materials that are accessible, learner-centric, and outcome-focused.

Evaluate learner engagement and impact to inform strategic decision making and drive continuous improvement, while remaining responsive to emerging technologies and trends in adult learning.
